I finished it off today (added the front and transferred the old rails). Overall I'm happy with the job. If I were building it for new cabinets, then I might do some things to make it look better. Without my kreg jig I would have never completed this :)

One upside that I didn't figure on is that the usable drawer depth is a bit more. Since I didn't notch out the sides to accept the bottom, but used the pocket joinery, the drawer is actually more usable than it ever was. I can't even remember how many times I've found myself wishing the drawer was just 1/4" deeper! Mission accomplished accidentally :)
