A Kreg swing!

I built this during my "let's see what this Kreg jig can do" phase. I wanted to see if it was possible to build a swing using mainly pocket holes. Well, I found it is possible and it is the most sturdy swing I have ever seen! ...very heavy though. It is built from extra 2x4's and 1x4's. And not finished... in another picture you will see why.

But I finally rigged up a rotozip tool to do nothing but take off plugs for all of my projects. It works great. Now if it would ever quit snowing I can enjoy this swing! I have had a couple requests to make more.

I will post finished pics eventually. It is the sturdiest swing I have ever seen thanks to the pocket hole joinery!
