I finally used some angle brackets as a last ditch attempt before hucking the 3 day project in the rubbish.
I must have spent at least 2 days looking on the "net" and visiting wood working shops for a curved vise or rounded vise to do the final glue up and secure.
And that was after using kreg screws on individual pairs, all well and good until the assembly is beyond a convention vise or clamp.
Has anybody else been foolish enough to attempt this coopering type tasks. Most comments i got was buy a CNC router, nice try but I want to do it by hand. there has got to be gear still around somewhere.

my only thought would be to take some scrap plywood and make half moons to match the inside then take some ratchet straps to it. not sure it would work at all but maybe worth a shot rather than scrapping whole project.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
