Thank you for the encouragement always. Sign me up! I'll be watching all of your door series, and everything I build from now to eternity is going to have a door :) Really makes a difference.

Right now, I'm building my first ever pull out shelf exciting

Angie I am glad I was able to help you with some of your questions.  You did an excellent job on the doors and I am sure you learned about the use of a router.  As I stated you will be come well versed on using a router and it will become like second nature to you the more you use it.

When time permits I will be posting a lengthy series of photos detailing the steps in building different doors and will mainly focus on raised panels, both square and arched, as I am soon to start building somewere around 100 or so doors for a large cabinet build I'm currently involved doing for a customer.  This will allow me enough photos to post a series with explaination of the steps.  They will be done using a table saw and a router table making the standard cope joints..

If I get a break soon I will show you how to make a panel door using a table saw cutting a shaker style morise and tenon joint where you do not need to use a pocket screw.  It is very simple and makes a sound sturdy door.

Once again, you have produced an excellent example of a hutch and it makes me happy to see you improve in your skills.  One thing I will say is that you have proven that you have the talents and desire to be a wood worker and are not afraid to tackel a new project with new methods of work.  This is something that many fear doing because they believe they can't acheive success and due to this they are defeated before they begin.

Angie, This looks excellent, nice design and nice color combination.  You have paid attention to detail and the results is a superior looking hutch.  Like your panel doors with the bead board and the nice smooth paint application.  Thank you for sharing this attractive hutch.
