those are like legs to keep the cabinet level , and to clip on the wood with it .  you can find them in any ironmanger or in ebay

Hey Ben, I see the cabinets are hand crafted...I am interested in the white levels under the cabinets to the floor...are they also hand crafted or a kit.

its made from me not purchase . solid oak and marine plyewood and coverd with oak.
