I wanted to see if I could make a wooden box plus lets do it with a inlay to make it interested, Oak was great to work with and taking ones time to do it right pays off as well.

Hi Jeff, the thickness of the wood was 3/8" and all I use was Lepage Carpenter's Glue, clamp it over night and that was it. I got interested in using the from a father & son on TV. the webpage is www.routerworkshop.com and where I got to purchase most things from that show is on www.oak-park.com I do have a pdf file for what they called Magic Boxes 103. Since I knew no one into using a router more than just to change the look of a edge. I myself found it full of information as well DVD's from the TV shows and books with is plans on how to make the projects, If you want the plan for the Magic Boxes could I get your e-mail address. Ed

Very nice box. I have been trying to do the same with oak and my wood keeps splitting. How are you assembling the box and how thick is you oak.

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
