This custom cooler build for my client presented a challenge: not to use an already made cooler. The Bradshaw's Custom Beverage Cooler is fully insulated with EPS rigid foam and lined on the inside with galvanized sheet metal and sealed to prevent leaks. The cooler was finished in a chalk white paint, painstakingly distressed by hand, accented with metal hardware painted bronze for an antiqued look. A custom designed character logo was decoupaged onto the split door lid, completing its timeless look. * The cooler was built specifically for closed beverage bottles, cans, ice cubes not intended for direct consumption, nor direct beverage dispensing.
