These are laminated truss scrap I scrounged from a construction site trash heap.  Hey free wood you know.  They are between 3-4 ft. long and 17.5 inches wide.  I thought about another bench but was also thinking about making a couple fire pit benches to go along with a future landscape plan the wife has in mind.  Any other Ideas out there??

Too short for a bench top. Rats.
Make great bench legs though.

What about one of those small high benches for dovetailing?
Maybe a small bench for sharpening station?
Base for lathe? Nice and heavy.

Fire pit benches, better idea. Enough there for two.

Envious.

both ideas are nice, i think a bench would be nice with those
