Kreg Owners' Community

Myself and a friend have recently started using our kreg jigs and run into a similar problem.  Both of us are having difficulty getting a tight joint with gluing it. As far as we can tell, we have set everything up right and are using the correct screws for the wood we are using. The joints just are not tight unless we use glue.

We would greatly appreciate any assistance that you can provide to help us get on the right track.

Thank you

Correction, it should have read " without gluing it."
What kind of material? What kind of joint; edge, butt, etc?
