On a bottom of a bar that I am making-I have applied cherry plywood and now I would like to apply 2 1/2 in wide solid cherry on top of the cherry plywood for a "Shaker-Look" ( Putting a face frame on top of the plywood). The bar is 2 ft. wide and 11 ft. long. My question is-can I put together this "face frame" as a unit and then apply it to the bar.  I was hoping to Kreg-jig this face frame together and then apply it as one unit onto the bar.  Will this unit be to big to do this?

Do you have any pictures of what you are trying to accomplish?  Might help with the visual aspect and give everyone an idea of what you want to do.

I always build my face frame 1st,  build away then add each pc. of ply  sides first   good luck... and a pict would help
