Hello all. I am new to this community and not highly experienced at woodwork (yet). I have looked through the discussion history to find my answer, but I was unsuccessful. If anyone has a link to a discussion, I am happy to check it out.
Our house has an enclosed 2nd story balcony. The stairs to it are older and the nails securing the treads are pulling up. I would like to place screws from behind and under to replace the nails and repair the condition. Can anyone here suggest which particular jig and/or other tools I would need in order to accomplish this? Even better, a video showing someone doing it?
I thank you for your time and your advice.
Chris
PS If a picture of the stair would help, I can send one.
