I also had the same problem. I followed all the directions and tripled checked all my marks. I got to the point where  finally,I sought professional assistance. I started to attend meetings at the local A.K.K. ( Another Krazy Kregger ) I was shaking and sweat beaded on my forehead then, I stood up and stated "Hello my name is David and I'm a A.K.K. When I heard the cresendo   of the others "Hello David". Boy, I felt the pressure relieved and, well let's just say I've celebrated my 6th month and recieved my 6th month silver coller. ..... Okay, I addmit I was not reading the side marker. I just didn't see the numbers. I finally took a felt pen and darkened all the markings. Am I the only idiot that had problems seeing the markings? I wouldn't change a thing except to darken the marking's.
