I went to the show in Somerset Nj. and I was quite dissapointed in the kreg display. The last 2 years their display was fantastic, But this year it seems like they just phoned it in. It was really small compared to the previous years and when I wanted to check out a band saw fence they didn't have any to look at. I'm still going to buy one, but i guess i'll get it through Amazon instead.

Hi Stan,

Sorry I have not gotten back to you since you replied to my note. I live in Concord. I am building up my workshop so that when I retire I can focus more on my woodworking. I just finshed up building a router cabinet using my kreg jig. It was alot of fun to build. I also just bought a new table saw "Jet" brand. I had an old craftsman that I used for a number of years but this new jet works so much better. I also have a shopsmith, radial arm saw, mitersaw, bandsaw and of…

I had an old craftsman that I used for a number of years but this new jet works so much better. I also have a shopsmith, radial arm saw, mitersaw, bandsaw and of course now the router cabinet. Now I just need to get a planer and I should be all set maybe. There is always more tools we always need right? Anyway nice to hear from you Stan. Take care and have a happy new year too.
Hey Dave...where in the Bay A…tag:kregjig.ning.com,2011-11-14:2900167:Comment:3770682011-11-14T21:31:54.337ZStanley C.
Stanley, I live in the Bay area and drove up to Sacramento to see the woodworking show on Friday Nov.4. I enjoyed the show, seeing alot of different and new tools. The show seemed to be focused on routers. Alot of booths were set up to display what you can do with routers and router tables. I sat and listened to the keg presenter too, didn't really learn anything new that I didn't already know though. But all in all I do enjoy going to the woodworking show, I just wish they would have a show…

I purchased the show special "Klamping" system for $99.00.

The Kreg presenters were good. Learned somethings I would not have known if I had not attended. Looks like they have come out with two nice router tables.

Been thinking about attending one in my area. How was the show? I'm especially interested in the Kreg booth. How were the presenters? Did you learn anything? Were there any good deals?
