Hi there. For about a year now I'm addicted to DIY/Woodworking. I put all the blame on April Wilkerson :).
Can't remember what I was looking for over the internet, when found a video from April on YouTube.
In the suggestion list there was Steve's videos as well. That was it !!! From April, I started following Steve, then Jay Bates, Izzy Swan and so on. Now I spend lots of hours watching and learning as well trying to build simple projects.
I just recently started woodworking. I kept watching videos online and ppl where always talking about there jig. I had no idea what they were talking about. i did some research and ended up buying the kreg rj3 I think its called. that led me to this site where Ive found some great projects. I am always on the lookout for new plans to print so if anyone has any suggestions that would be great! I mainly use pallet wood! I love the whole reclaimed up cycle side of it all. So far I've built a console table and a garden bench. I'm working on a garden table with an old oil pan sink right now. I used a printable plan from here to build the frame of it.!! Thanks for having me!

I was introduced to woodworking by my grandfather about 20 years ago. He was always down in his garage making something. Most of what he made was stools, tables, cabinets, and rolling carts for his tools and use around the house. I have since built a pretty good collection of tools and now have an entire bay in a three car garage dedicated to just woodworking. I have built several pieces of furniture that are around the house and enjoy just working in the garage on general. I found the Kreg jig at a woodworking show about 10 years ago and have been using it since.
Hi all,
Got into project building here in Rome, Ga as I can't find the EXACT 4 manual, 2 touchscreen, 75 stop, 32 pedal organ I want for under $80,000.00. So, decided to BUILD it! About halfway there including the electronics, software, pedals, manuals, power sequencer, Truth Active monitors and 1000W subwoofer - all works very well. Now I need to start on the cabinet build with my Kregs router table and Bosch plunge router. I hope when all this is over I still have ALL my fingers!!
Cheers from rainy Georgia,
Mark
When I was in the 6th grade we nailed together a step stool the Teacher had cut out for each of us. All we had to do was predrill the nail holes,, slather some glue on the joint & nail it together!! Then we got to paint it. I couldn't wait to get the drill so I could start "building" my step stool for Mom!! Over 4 decades later now & I'm planning a new dining table & chairs!! Been using pocket hole joinery for a while now & recently bought the K5. I'll be building the chairs with it.

Hi. I'm wondering if anyone has used the Woodpecker Free Hand Guard for dust collection on their bench top router table during pattern routing. How effective is it? It's adaptable to any router table. Continue

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
