Kreg Owners' Community

I currently own router table #PRS1020. I recently purchased router fence #PRS1015. The instructions for the fence state that to attach the fence to a table other than #PRS1025 I have to modify my current table. I refuse to buy another Kreg router table that automatically works with the new fence.

Has anyone had to install fence #PRS1015 on table #PRS1020? If so, what modifications did you have to make?

Chuck,

The main difference between the PRS1020 and the PRS1025 is that the PRS1025 will have a key hole at the end of the slot in the table to easily allow you to remove the fence.  Without this slot you would have to completely remove the lock down handle each time you wish to remove the fence.  Also the pre-drill holes for the clamp block to attach to the table would not match up to the hole pattern for the clamp block on the PRS1015.  All you would need to do is pre-drill your own holes at the correct spacing.
