I am asking some of the best wood workers for some plans for a Rocking Horse.  My first grand son is on his way and I want to make a solid hard wood rocking horse for him.   If anyone can help me with this I would greatly appriciate it.   Here is a picture of one I would like to go with, open to any ideas

                                     Thanks and God Bless.

http://www.u-bild.com/ has a great series of plans with a rocking horse that I have built for two of my grandchildren

Michael,

There are many rocking horse plans on the market.

  Woodcraft for one, offers many---

I'd start with smaller ones, then make larger ones, as he grows up.

One of my grandsons, now wants a full-size horse.

Thank you Ken Jim and David,  I found the plans for the one I have pictured on woodcraft and ordered it.

  Thanks again, Michael.
