I believe am getting a lot of tear out on the right side of my pocket holes on 3/4 inch material. Its a new bit as I just got the tool so it should be sharp.
Im using the keg foreman tool.

Michael,

I was curious if you could supply me with a picture.  There will always be some tear out due to the way the bit is entering the wood.  If I could see what you are getting I would be able to tell you if this is an acceptable amount.  Thanks!

hope this works.
