Can the Kreg K4 System be used for picture frames with ends cut at 45 degrees?

Yes they can look around there is a video somewhere on how to do it.

Robert is correct. Your Kreg Jig K4 can be used to create picture frames with end cuts at 45 degrees. The K4 product manual also includes tips for joining mitered pieces with your Kreg Jig on page 7.
