When building something that requires a center partition or when adding supports, do the pocket holes need to be placed on both sides of the support piece? top and bottom? Thanks!

Susan,
You do not need to put pocket holes on both sides of your piece but this would add strength since you would be pulling from two directions. This would disperse the force being put on your piece. It all depends on if it is ok to have the pocket holes showing in your project if you do not wish to plug the holes. If you have any other questions please let us know.
Thank you!
