im thinking of making a medican cabinet. the cabinet will need to have lights and a plug on it. im just not shure how i will need to wire all of this up to my all ready light that is there. i will how ever be taking the old light out. i want to put the lights on the front of the cabinet and the outlet on the side of the box all to be done at the top above the door. i have seen some cabinets with lights on it at lowes, but no plug. we live in an older house so the plug and lights will be all working off of a light switch. so whene the lights are off so will the plug. this will be my only light sorce in the bathroom other than the window. i also need to know if i would put a gfi plug in how would it work or would it work. at the moment we use a old light and plug combo. it is all in one unit. just to show how old the house is. i just hope some one can help me out.

Your best bet is to call an electrician and have him/her assess the situation. I do know the new building code requires a GFCI outlet in kitchens and bathrooms. I'm in the process of remodeling my bath, and just had GFCI outlets installed to bring it up to code, along with having new wiring too.
I'm a master electrician, however it would be to long to write everthing down to explaine what you have to do.I might,If I have the time, which is hard with my new born who is two weeks old.I can draw it out for you and explain the wiring process, you would also have steady power to the plug. If you have a fax number I can just fax it to you.

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
