Kreg Owners' Community

Whipped these up over the past week with some wood lying around. I used Gary Streigler's YouTube videos for inspiration. I'm leaving them unfinished, because I'm planning on insulating and drywalling the garage this summer.

I am proud of the Shelves. They're just 3/4" birch scrap with some Poplar edge banded onto the front. I used the Kreg shelf jig and they ended up nicely.

Let me know what you think, plus any ideas for garage storage/organization. I'd like to add some bigger cabinets and pegboard after I insulate and drywall.

I am getting ready to do the same thing this week .I hope my garage cabinets come out as nice as yours look.I have watched the video as well and this will be my very first project attempt with my new Kreg Jig. Thanks for sharing and I hope we can become online wood working friends. Because these cabinets are only the beginning for me in a line of Projects I would like to do using the Kreg Jig. Thanks again Michael

Looks good, I did something similar, but with just one cabinet. What are the dimensions of the poplar you used for the face frame?

Great job, Marshall! The cabinets look great, you should be proud of them. Glad  you found the Gary Striegler video useful! Be sure to post finished shots after your wall is insulated and the cabinets are rehung.

What types of cabinets would be good to use and the one which is at affordable price?

I had searched a lot on Google for the cabinets. Found this one the most popular. Kitchen Cabinet Design

Can't remember exactly, but I think it's 2 1/4 or 2 1/2 wide.
