Kreg Owners' Community

Hello everyone, First time poster here. Well I have had the Kreg Jr. Kit for about three years now. This past fall my daughter wanted a bedroom set so I decided to build a Nice Oak Bedroom set for her. First I built the Chest of Drawers. It's made with White Oak and all Mortise and Tenon joinery. It came out very nice. She is very happy with it. Next came Two Shaker Tables. The first was made with M & T joinery and the second was All Pocket Screws. and glue. Both look Identical and she loves them as much as the CoD's. Now for the best project. I have built for her a Queen Canopy 4 poster Bed. This bed is joined entirely with Pocket Screws. The pattern matches the CoD's and looks fantastic. I have posted pictures of all four pieces for you to admire and comment on. Please feel free to do so. Oh one more thing. I am Legally Blind and have been four almost 7 years. Thanks for looking, Lance (aka -  Charger)

I'm sorry, i think i may be deaf...did you say BLIND?

As a woodworker, i would say that you do good work.  For a woodworker who's optics are a challenge for 'em....i'm gobsmacked! *slow clap here*  KUDO's to you sir

Great workmanship Lance. I like the wood used.
Yes I am legally blind. Thanks for the kudos.
Well done!  I 'thought' DW had found an unfinished 10-drawer dresser to use as the base for a 'built-in' wall unit for our bedroom; but, it was not in stock and they now say 5-6 weeks!  If DW gets a hold of this link to your project, I got a feeling I'm going to receive some real pressure to build the whole thing...not just the towers and top!  I've made three garage-worthy drawers for tools but never anything like your dresser, let alone a 10-drawer unit.  You have inspired me and 'worried' me all at once!  Again, well done!
