I had a problem with my Rip-Cut; I was having problems getting good cuts, and discovered that the base wasn't true and had a small deflection. I mentioned it in a forum post, had a response from the Kreg Rep, and they sent me out an entire new unit (which had no deflection). I'm sure your experience with their customer service will be similar.
Assuming you've had a response, good or bad, why don't you post a follow up?
