<p>I bought a Kreg Multi-Mark at Lowe's. It is a fantastic tool and I highly recommend it. </p>
<p>If I were you, I would take it back to Lowe's with my sales receipt, tell them the problem and ask for another one. I'd do the same thing with the Deck Jig.</p>
<p>If that doesn't take care of it, call Kreg. From what I've read in this Forum, Kreg is excellent in addressing customer's problems.</p>
