Kreg Owners' Community

I love your products and have used and recommended them for years over here in Great Britain. I read the forums, make great projects with the free plans so why do you still only cater for the USA in competitions.

Heres the latest competition exclusion

ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 48 Contiguous United States and the District of Columbia,

We outside of America wonder why in every opportunity you tell the world   You have the worlds greatest this, the worlds best that, The worlds biggest this, The Worlds finest that..........yet in most instances the worlds not included in what you do.

I have friends who enjoy your products in europe and we all feel the same. We support your growth even when cheaper copies are available. So "The best Kreg maker in the world" how about an invite for all us, non USA, Kreg product lovers, to your competitions ???

When conducting contests like this one, we're bound by sweepstakes laws and regulations. The laws in the U.S. are very restrictive. The laws in other countries are very restrictive, as well, especially for foreign companies wanting to conduct contests there.

Thank you for that concise, polite, heart felt reply KregRep, I think !!  Would it not be in your powers to have an agent/distributor to hold draws in other zones of the world then as you enjoy business in?  In all other aspects Kreg fulfills its objectives, this site, members input, product development etc. nothing to loose any sleep over just surprising as your known for the best customer service in the world :-)

I second that Duncan ,funny thing is if there's money to be made companies will go thru all the necessary channels to import their products do I need to say anymore? Go steady Duncan .

As a Canadian and a dedicated Kreg user (Kreg Jig, Shelf pin jig, Deck jig, Square Cut, Rip Cut and various clamps), I feel the same. There must be some way to make us feel wanted too; perhaps a supplier partner who can offer something up as a contest.

Thanks Buddy ,will do

Thanks Derek, I was starting to feel I had made a mute point falling on deaf ears.

I agree with all three of you , there must be some way that the Kreg  company  can set up some kind of give away  between  one of there partner suppliers that sell their tools  in other parts of the world !!!!   I am from the USA and did ask for the contest but did not enter because not all the members  were allowed to enter because of the laws , rules and regulations , hope this will be changed in the future for every one that buys Kreg tools , JIM !!
