For my first full sized project with my Kreg Jig I chose the Router Table from the Kreg DVD on Router Tables. The instructions were dead on and made the process a snap. I have changed the design slightly and may have added my own Bloopers but basically it's right from the plans. My table is made with MDF except for the top which will be melamine. Not quite done but getting there.

I will add more photos on my page as I move forward.

Keith: Nice Job!!! I think you picked out the right first project. Once you get the router mounted, up and running you will get alot of miles out of it. One thing about bloopers is that most woodworkers make them sooner or later and hopefully watch for them on the next project! My Table is way over due for a make over!! The more I see you guys with these fancy new tables, the more Im going to have to do something about it! T
As stated in a previous thread when questioned about if a band saw or table saw first, the answer being 100% table saw..well the second most important tool in any woodworkers shop has to be a good multi speed router and router table...between those two tools,I'd say 90% of all the work is done between them.As for the bloopers,Ive been a professional woodworker for about 7 years now..and I'd be a very rich man if I had a dollar for every blooper I've had.Very nice job on your router, clean lines and all around professional look.Your well on your way to many years of fun and incredible projects..
