<p>Haven't seen any K5's at my local Menards yet. In this weeks flyer they are offering the K4 Jig Master System for $139 with a free box (500 count) of screws. They have 4 or 5 of these K4's on the shelf.</p>
<p>I'd sure be an unhappy camper if I purchased one of these and the new K5 appeared on the shelves next week.</p>
<p>It pays to be aware.</p>

<p>Take the thumb screw with you to the hardward store, to find the matching the thread pitch.</p>

<p>I agree, the leading end of a store bought screw need, will need to be dressed (filed), to match the existing screw tip profile. </p>

<p>Ken I tried with what you said took the screw in in it appeared to be a 10 /32. When I got home it would not screw in is it a metric screw. You also need to grind the end to hit the detent on the jig still no help. What's the size.</p>
