I have the Kreg Jig Jr., and followed the jig settings instructions in the user manual exactly as presented for 3/4" material. It did not work. The pocket holes were too far from the end of the board. I am excited about the possibilities of the Kreg Jig Jr., but how to I make them become a reality? What may have gone wrong?

Could you please take a picture of how you have the Kreg Jr set up?
I may be hung up on terminology, "end of the board?" or "edge of the board?" Pic would help.
Kreg junior is a little more technique sensitive than the Master kit as you need to set the little legs correctly and then bias and clamp the jig properly.
