I have widow trim cut to typical 45 degree miter for framing.  My thought is to pull the corners tight with pocket holes and hang as one piece so the miters stay tight.  For reference the outer edge is 3/4 inches and the inside edge is 5/16 inches.  If this is even possible, how would on go about doing this?

Charles,
there is a video on this site that addresses this question. Scroll down and look on the right side of the page. Kreg Jig "skill" videos. The mitered pieces are put in the jig with the miters hoeizontal. Very simple, just need to slide left and right so as to prevent the screws from coming through.
Good luck!!!

New Kreg 720Pro

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
