joining plywood

I need to make a pantry and because of the size need to use plywood. I was thinking about using pocket screws. If I do what do I use. It will be 3/4 inch.

Jig to 3/4", drill stop to 3/4" (just shy due to 3/4" ply being up to 1/32" shy of 3/4" thickness) and use 1-1/4" coarse thread Kreg screws/

i would take scrap material and do a test run to confirm the setup, should be 1-1/4 screws and use the 3/4 marks on the jig
