I finally did find and download Cutlist successfully, thanks so much for the heads up. Also, is there another plug in to use the different wood species. I noticed that in your video there was Southern_Yellowpine used as a material. Is that part of a plug in or is there some special thing you need to do inside sketchup. Thanks so much for your help!!!
Looks Good.
Would LOVE to see the step by step plans
for both units. I've priced these in the stores,
and they're SO expensive.
Here is my version. i decided that we did not need a door so I left it open. It is made from scrap 3/4" maple plywood with some scrap birch edging. i used spring hinges on the ironing board to hold it in the upright position. The leg is made from birch as well. The underside of the ironing board looked kinda nasty so I stained it and added birch strips to cover the frayed edges of the cloth.
I'm not sure how this picture ended up on it's side. but you get the idea.
I also made a stand for the iron to keep it handy. it has a custom top piece to better hold the iron in place.
Cheers

Great idea! I loved the sketchup drawing. I use the program for my designs as well. Great program at a great price. Please load the plans. We are definitely looking into purchasing one, but I would make this.

I am building a small trunk for a military friend to put some belongings in. I have made legs out of ash hardwood and will make the sides out of 1/2” or 3/4” Baltic birch plywood. The legs are 1.5” thick by 2” wide. So since I’m drilling pockets in…Continue

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…

Several months ago, I purchased the Kreg K4MS so that I could build the Lego Table as outlined on the companion "buildsomething" web site which exclusively uses pocket hole construction. I have considerable experience with conventional…
