Chris,

A build of that size sounds like what may be called a "sauna" room.

I suppose it would work well to store cigars.

I don't have a real big or real nice setup so I kinda had to make do with what I have. The only real problem I ran into with my setup is I ran out of material once and had to order more so when my material showed up a few weeks later and I milled all my tongue n grooves they didn't line up bang on like I had hoped. So my advice would be to make sure you have enough material and mill it all at the same time so everything lines up perfect. Oh and give yourself just a little bit of play in your grooves so your not fighting to get them to fit together. Good luck and cheers!

I built a 10'x21' for my brother in law and just did as if I were building a house. I used Roxul insulation throughout and reg house poly. Then strapped the walls and ceiling with 2"x3/4 plywood strips and installed the tongue n groove cedar over the ceiling first then walls. I don't have a real big or real nice setup so I kinda had to make do with what I have.
