I use the reference section on woodbin, it gives you the height , depth and width of a table but it doesnt give you the the length of the legs it gives you the overall height but not the leg length itself<br></br><br></br><cite>patrick in memphis said:</cite>

hi patrick, i learned and use the 1:1.6 ratio, this ratio is pleasing to the eye and works out rather easy. i have made several pieces with this ratio and they look good, even my shop has about the same ratio. hope this helps and you dont have to search the web to find the ratio. please let me know if this was the ratio you were looking for.
