I am currently working on a table, trestle style, a bench with storage, 2 chairs (refinished), The table top is reclaimed from an old barn, over 100 years, from my sisters farm in Brownsville OR. My plan is to have the most weathered side of the boards make up the face of the table. I want to use that crystal clear acrylic that self levels. Any of you out there ever used that stuff? Any pointers will be appreciated. We have a picture in our heads, only hope it turns out as good as my minds eye sees it.
