<p>Shawn - One reason you cannot find 3/4" coarse thread screws is that they are not offered anywhere. By the time enough bare shank is left to pull the stock together, there is only enough shank left for a turn or two at the coarse pitch.</p>

Thanks for the reply MIchael, after a bunch of test holes and screw type testing I have a workable solution.<br />

The micro jig manual suggests the following settings to get a pluggable hole in 1/2 inch material which just so happens works well with undersized plywood.<br />
<br />
Drill Bit Collar - 5/8<br />
Jig - 1/2<br />
Screw - 3/4 pan head fine<br />
<br />
The only part I don't like about this is that I can not find 3/4 pan head screws that come in course only fine.<br />

Anyways this is the method I will use for my undersized…

Shawn, I believe 3/4 or 1" micro screws, coarse thread, adjust drill stop collar to correct setting using the scale on the jig. Micro plugs also. Good luck. Hope someone else chimes in.
