<p>Kreg mobile work centre spacing is 4" I belive and Festool use 96mm with Kreg shelf pin Jig and Bosch guide rail at 32mm can do spaces at 64 and 96. Shelf pin jig works for me on edges as my holesaw set has the matching pilot hole size.</p>

<p>Inline clamp has about 4.5" travel so either 4" or 96mm will work. My bench clamps have Armor 3/4 dogs with some 5/16 allthread…</p>

<p>While I can't give any specifics for use with Kreg bench dogs, the standard size for bench dog holes is 3/4". As for spacing them I have never heard of a standard. I would suggest spacing them based on the travel of your vise. You want to be able to secure the work piece between the bench dog and the tab on the vise, so the maximum spacing you could use is the travel distance. I would probably space them closer to give more clamping flexibility.</p>
