I finished the complete sectional using 2x4 Cedar and it turned out fantastic. I will wait for 1 season for weathering and then stain it using TWP or Armstrong Clark stains.

Matt,
Here's a link to our project plan page. The only one we have currently that might be a fit for what you're looking for is our "Potting Bench" plan. If you're looking to make an adirondack chair, I'd recommend checking out Lowes' Shop Class where they do a step-by-step video project along with the…
If neither of these two options work for you, I'd recommend you make a trip over to www.plansnow.com. Most of their project plans don't utilize Kreg Jigs, but almost all of them can be adapted to do so. You've just got to do some thinking on how to compensate. For instance, if they're having you connect the two pieces of wood via Mortise and Tenon with a 1" tenon on each side, you're going to need to reduce the length of the workpiece by 2" to use your Kreg Jig. In the end, you'll be making whichever project plan you choose to undertake much faster and easier by doing so.

Good luck! I hope you find what you need!
