What I want to do is take my Roybi chopsaw rail and add wheels. It's the tubular leg type mounted an angle like a sawhorse.  Reason I'm asking is Harbor Freight has there 10' tube tires for $3.99 .  I want setup such that only two wheels on one side and the wheels are not supporting the tool when in use. When you want to move it you lift the others and have wheel barrow effect to move.

Hi Gary - I see what you are wanting to do. I think you are going to need to shorten two of the legs and install the wheels such that they support that side of the stand and the legs support the other side. Otherwise, you will need to lift it high enough to get all 4 legs off the floor. How high you will need to lift depends on how far outboard you mount the wheels. The farther outboard, the less you need to lift.

Here is another, more expensive, way to go:

my port-a-mate is like that.  when you pick up on one end, you can roll it on the wheels that came with it.  I just wish they were a little larger so it rolled easier.
