I bought the ACS a couple of weeks ago & have been pleased with the results on my first small project (LP record crates)... I was disappointed with the plastic accessories for the table-top, especially the T-Track stops. I'm pretty sure they won't last long, even with careful use, so I picked up a pair of Rockler T-Track Stops (from Amazon for $7.99 each + shipping). Of course the Rockler system has a wider T-Track profile, but I filed off about 1mm on each side of the back of the stops & a touch off of the bolt in order to make them work. Originally, I was tempted to take the 3-piece plastic stop set to a local metal worker & have them copied, but this will do the trick for most of my needs.

GREAT Idea!! Aren't the Rocklers a little narrower than the Kreg stock plastic versions and therefore with less 'bearing' surface? Did that seem to have any downsides? Thanks for sharing
