Kreg Owners' Community

Hi guys,

I have been given some 7x3 wood and would like to make a simple outdoor bench with two legs. Would a kreg HD be strong enough for this?

Cheers,

Andy - the Kreg Jig® HD is optimized for working with 2x4s and 1 1/2" thick and larger stock. It works great for framing walls, building deck railings, outdoor furniture, or any other large project. For advice regarding this application specifically, please contact Technical Support at 800-447-8638 or technicalsupport@kregtool.com

Yes, I think it should work for the bench as it is well optimized for large outdoor projects.
