Wondering which door style to do on this piece. Plain front or the window type cross. (inserts not fully in place yet as need to get them out if go for the window look). Any comments as to preference appreciated.

I'm partial to flat panels with center stiles -- the Shaker look.

But if you are installing glass with lighted insides for display, then the 4-lite style looks great.

Since you have mitered the corners, it does change the looks.

Like others, I think doors and drawers look better when they are matched.

I do like window style but like Steve said the planel style matches the drawer fronts?

Personally, I'd go with the flat-panel to match the drawer fronts, but either would look great. (Could always just make both to fit and interchange them later?)

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
