Hello Michael.  I hope that this finds you, since this post is 2 years old.  My husband and I are interested in redoing our kitchen cabinets soon and would love to use the corrugated steel as door inserts.  We were just wondering if you had any tips that you could give us on how you did this.  We would appreciate it very much.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
