Thank you Michael! I'm looking forward to some warmer weather so I can work in the garage without freezing!  I've got a small workbench to finish, plus I need to finish surfacing some rough maple for a dresser.

Thanks Jim!  I had some stuff going on back when I was building it, there was about an 8 month period when I didn't touch it, was really happy when it was completed!

This is a hutch cabinet made for my daughter, finished in 2007.  I used bisquits and twin thread screws.  I didn't agree with her choice of a dark stain, it made me sad to cover up the cherry's natural beauty!  I was happy with the overall finish though.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
