Thank You TomBoy, It is an excellent project to build.  It is near completion now.   I have the drawers in and the top is on. Have some bead work to do on the case and a mirror frame to build.  It is one of the "do it as I have time" projects.

Thank you Sir, these are cut using a beading system.  The system is a notcher on the table saw and a beading tool in a router.   This is a smaller chest than one I built earler for the same customer.  This one is still in progress.

Nice looking mitered beading.  How did you cut the notch in the stiles?

Did you use a template and router?

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
