See, I am not the only one admiring your craftsmanship Andy!!
I just looked up the Essential hardware website, man they have a lot of products. Was there a category under which the legs you made were found? Did you buy the corner brackets there as well?

Oh yeah - I used Weldwood Contact Cement to glue the vinyl to the box pieces before I built the box. This glue is perfect for this application. It would work on felt of canvas as well.
Sure - I just kinda did it by the seat of my pants. I'll see what I can put together for you.
But just as a starter-
The box is 25 1/2 x 110 so it would fit the wall. The bottom of the box is 1 1/2 in thick to prevent warping, etc.
I used standard 5 1/2 width common pine to give it a rustic look.
The inside of the box is vinyl - I pinched the ends into the box joins.
The paying surface is stained birch plywood (1 1/2 thick) with about 8 coats of poly, I ended up making a new playing surface using no stain b/c my water-slide number decals didn't show up on the dark stain.
I got the legs from Essential Hardware . com.
Wondering if you are willing to share the plans for this project? Also great job I think this turned out amazing.

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
