Question I put together a 4x4 foot table with 1 inch red oak barn wood all if it went through a jointer before hand. I used pocket screws only and yes it took a ton of screws and I didn't get glue I was able to upright the table and it was solid one place about 4th board in had a very small amount of play in it. Question is should I take it all apart and glue it then screw it back together it's already been stained and has two coats of poly on it .

Brian,

I'd take it apart, where the loose joint meets---

remove the old glue---

reglue it and clamp tight.

Use cawls to avoid bowing.

Will I have to re sand all the poly and stain off then start over

More than likely just the poly Brian. You'll break the top coat finish,, it lays on top of the stain,, when it comes apart. The stain is actually in the wood so you "should" be fine there.
