186 pocket holes and stainless screws later, did not fill the pocket holes figured if I needed to replace a slat this would make things easier . Only the screws in the outer frame have plugs in .

Hi Leslee how you doing have you completed your shop build yet ? The shutters have black hinges , you were right thanks for the comments go steady .

Nice looking shutters, Mick. It really looks sharp and you now protect your shop window from hail or damaging winds that come in the winter. What color are the hinges, Mick? I was wondering if they were black or what. Thanks for sharing your nice project.

I think it all looks lovely Michael! The colors all blend well together, and the pocket holes adds a nice touch to the shutters appearance. Well done ol' boy!
