It was a challenge.  I had to redo the back portion of the fence last night because my router came loose from the kreg plate slightly and started thrashing and tore out the grooves.  I redid them and tried to drill a bunch of holes and then jigsaw cut but the drill bit tore out a lot in the backside.  it didn't affect the front though so I left it as is.  IN the future I will use a backer board so no tear out.  It should work fine though.  I dont have a drill press either so cutting the holes in the laminated sliding pieces was tough.  I used a plunge rouger with a 3/4 inch dado cutting bit, it did ok,  walked a little in one of the holes but not too bad.  only notice it if you stare too long at it.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
