I am writing to you with regard to a person, who gets into "every" dialogue I have seen here and can't ascertain what her real interest is, provided she is really a woman or an experienced cheater.

I could not find anywhere in the community where to report such behaviour and find myself in need to report this person, who always requests that one respond to an email address outside of the community.

Please look at "Lucia Edward", reporting to be from Senegal but could be from anywhere and, if you see the same intent I do, please contribute by telling me how to report and stop this person.
