Well I finished my table saw stand and i'm loving it. Dust level is way down and in control now.
Thankz for the inspiration.
Here is my design: http://kregjig.ning.com/photo/my-new-table-saw
I installed a 1/4" piece of plywood cutout for the belt and bracket. I have made hundreds of cuts and very little sawdust leaks out. What does leak out is very fine particles. I am extremely happy with the results. The only problem is I have to remove the plywood when I tilt the blade for angle cuts. But that is not that often. I also made a zero clearance piece for my saw blade and that helped out.
I am thinking of doing some thing like this. I have the type of saw with the motor on back.
How do you keep the dust from coming out the back by the motor?

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
